1.      Realtor.ca

One of our favorites, Realtor.ca allows you to search all current listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Narrow down your search by setting specific price ranges, number of bedrooms, and other criteria. It also lists open houses within the subject area and allows you to connect with the listing Realtor.

2.     BC Realty   

Specifically looking for something in British Columbia? Try BC Realty with listings presented by numerous brokerages. Similar to Realtor.ca, you can use the ‘restrictions’ tab to specify the search of your future home.

3.     Mortgage  Calculator      

Use the Mortgage Calculator application to get a rough idea about your mortgage and monthly payments. Enter your home’s price, down payment and interest rate, and it calculates your monthly payments. Be a savvy buyer and utilize this app to find your price range.
