A member of our Homeowner Care team recently received an email from MOSAIC homeowners, Tamara and Chris, that she circulated around to the MOSAIC team. Reading the note, I think we all felt flush with pride and it reminded us why we love the work we do.

Tamara and Chris moved into their MOSAIC home in 2009, at our TATE property in Clayton Heights, Surrey. Now, over two years later, here is what they had to say about their experience as a MOSAIC homeowner:

"...I had to email you to let you know just how good you guys are and that we appreciate what MOSAIC stands for even more now.

From the moment we entered the showroom...to the day we received our keys at TATE, and every time we have communicated since; we have always been given top notch service. 

Your team is amazing, your craftsmanship has been some of the best I have seen for a development, and the process in which you turn over your project is top notch.  We could not get over how clean our unit was when we opened the door (vacuum marks on the vertical treads of the stairs – yes I notice things like that) and the gift on the counter...pure class.

Thank you again, two years have passed and you continue to wow us.
