The WESTWOOD community in Coquitlam continues to take shape as we now have several homeowners settled in and putting their personal touches on their new homes. We're happy to provide you with three new homeowner reviews of their WESTWOOD homes by MOSAIC:

Mr & Mrs. Zhuo (Purchased our Fremont Plan):

Mr. and Mrs. Zhuo were our second purchasers in line during our VIP opening at WESTWOOD. They had lined up outside for two nights to secure their new WESTWOOD home.

  

“We really like our home! It's very suitable for just the two of us and requires little maintenance. It's actually quite peaceful here as well. The train does not blow its whistle often so it doesn't bother us. WESTWOOD offers exceptional value. The quality of the construction and the finishing is superior and you can tell just by looking at the doors and the windows inside the homes. Our home is very functional with lots of outlets for all our appliances. You can tell much thought was put into functionality during the design process. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. MOSAIC and the WESTWOOD sales team provided wonderful service to us throughout the entire process. We had purchased last March from a different developer and the difference in the level of service is huge. While we lined up for 2 nights outside for our home now at WESTWOOD, MOSAIC made the experience pleasant and comfortable by providing heaters, chairs, shelter, food, and refreshments. When we purchased from the other developer previously, none of this was provided to us and it only goes to show that MOSAIC is superior in customer service.”

William was also in line during our VIP opening to secure his first choice at WESTWOOD.

 

“We are extremely satisfied with our new home at WESTWOOD. We love the distinct look of a MOSAIC home and how timeless the classic architecture is. The details of the home and the landscaping that we saw in the sales office gave us a great sense of the ‘Mosaic Feel’ of these homes. We can’t wait to see all the landscaping within this community finalized. The customer care team at MOSAIC is very helpful in assisting us with our questions after moving in. WESTWOOD is convenient for us because it is close to the Coquitlam Centre and getting around is easy with the bus stops nearby and the West Coast Express. With all these amenities only a few minutes away, we are grateful that WESTWOOD is such a peaceful community and is located right beside nature.”

Jesse & her husband (Purchased our Fremont Plan):

“We love our dogs so we won’t ever consider a place where dogs are not allowed in the community. At WESTWOOD, I am happy that we can live with our dogs in our new home. An even bigger bonus is there’s a walking trail and dog park right by WESTWOOD. We visited TATTON before and just fell in love with the Georgian architecture style of the homes. It’s so beautiful and classic. Since then we have became huge fans of MOSAIC Homes. The timing and size of the homes at TATTON didn’t work out for us but we are so excited to be able to call WESTWOOD our home. We can’t wait to move in! I’ve visited the showhomes a few times after purchasing and have all these ideas for my own home. My friend also fell in love with WESTWOOD and just purchased a home here as well. I’m very lucky to be able to live so close to friends.”
