Some of you may have been following MOSAIC rowhome communities for years now, while others of you may have just stumbled across our red brick rowhomes. Either way, we thought it would be interesting to show you some of our previous successful MOSAIC communities so that you could see how certain design elements have remained a pillar in our architectural style and how others have evolved over time.
Today, we feature CORBEAU.
CORBEAU is located at 102 Fraser Street in Port Moody, is finished in a Colonial architectural style, and was built in 2007. Today, it continues to stand out among the neighbouring properties, showing how a MOSAIC home is built to withstand the test of time. CORBEAU is surrounded by beautiful landscaping that sets the homes back from the street. The strategic landscaping along with the layout in which the buildings orient provides great privacy to allow you to truly retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

There are a few distinct design details that came into play at CORBEAU for the first time that were (and still are) very exciting for us design fanatics. For example, the corbels at the entries were designed to have a stronger curve and more slender proportions in order to enhance the Colonial look.

Also, we emphasized the cross member pattern and ball caps on the corner posts, the metal work in the flower boxes and the chimney caps to achieve a more authentic and rich visual. In addition, black shutters, deck trellis, downspouts, and charming red brick on the exteriors all play up the unique Colonial style of these homes.
A MOSAIC home is recognized anywhere in Greater Vancouver and CORBEAU is one of the many communities that we are immensely proud of. Click here to browse through all of our past successes and see what current opportunites are available to own a MOSAIC home.
