When you're considering where you want to live, the surrounding neighbourhood is clearly a big factor. Convenience, personality, and variety are important to me and I imagine these are pretty important to you too. What would I do without my local bakery?! My Saturday mornings just wouldn't be the same with my chocolate muffins. Yummmmmmmm.

We're happy to tell you that TAYLOR is situated right smack in the middle of some great local gems as well as those must-have convenient shopping centers. Within ten minutes in every direction, this is what you can find:

Within a 10 minute drive North you can get your winter workouts in at the Bikram Yoga studio or at the Fraser Heights Recreation centre. On your way home from here you can swing by T&T Supermarket located on 152 Street and 100 Ave and pick up all of your specialty Asian food needs.

Heading 10 minutes East from TAYLOR, you can find additional grocery stores - The Two EE's Organic Produce Store, Clayton Extra Foods, and Price Smart - all located conveniently close to your new home. This is also where you can find a day care for your little ones at Puddle Jumpers Daycare.

Let's head South for a few minutes now and take a load off by hitting some balls at the North View Golf and Country Club (off of 168^th Street) and Eaglequest Coyote Creek Golf Course (off of 152^nd Street). You can also find the Cloverdale Athletic Park here.

Finally, if you're looking to get some of your shopping done and then head out to a movie, drive West for ten minutes and find yourself at the Guildford Town Center Mall - which has some of the best shopping available in Metro Vancouver! On top of the vast number of stores in this mall, there's also a Bosleys Pet Food store across the street for all of your furry family member needs.

Across from the Guildford Town Center mall is the Empire Studio 12 Movie Theatre which is a perfect way to spend an evening on a blustery, snowy day like today.
