We use the term "Custom drywall features" in our brochures and websites a fair amount. After visiting a MOSAIC home, most people appreciate exactly what this means. They get a chance to see first-hand the art niches, space modulators, stairwell cut-outs, and closet spaces we have strategically placed in all of our homes.

WESTWOOD is full of these thoughtful touches, and we've done our best to make them highly useful and at the same time barely visible. We're trying to design and build a home that is true to the mantra we adhere to: Good design is obvious, great design is transparent.
