It’s not an industry staple, but we do it anyway. At TAYLOR, we include custom features like art niches of varying size and shape built right in to your walls. Everyone has a piece of art or momento that they feel is worthy of showcasing, and there are plenty of great spots to do just that at TAYLOR.

 

We’re always evolving and improving our design. At TAYLOR the niches are taller and deeper than our previous designs and in new and tastefully surprising places . We get a lot of positive feedback on these unique design features and people always appreciate the clever utility these add to otherwise unused wall space.

In my previous MOSAIC home, we had a niche at the top of our 2nd stairway going up to the bedroom level, along with one in our living room acting as a TV niche. If I can be a little biased, I’m going to quote my husband: “Little details like this are what make MOSAIC stand out from the cluttered market of cookie cutter townhomes. They enable you to design your home, your way, with a distinct, personal style.”

So now you can express yourself with that beautiful painting, or even your most “talked about piece” in your niche.
