As a current MOSAIC townhome owner, I have to say that I LOVE the tandem garage. Prior to becoming homeowners, my husband and I have always had the type of parking arrangements where our vehicles were parked in an outside parking stall, or even on the street.

It didn’t seem overly annoying at the time (except for all the ice scraping, snow brushing, defrosting, etc.) as it was just something you “had to do”, but after moving into our home with the tandem garage, it occurred to us how inconvenient parking outside really was!

Now we get to enjoy the comforts of just starting up the car and going with no fuss. No need to brave the outside elements first thing in the morning before we are even awake. Best of all, the car is never freezing cold! An additional bonus, our dogs get to jump right in – there’s no need to put them on leashes and walk them out onto the street to get into the car.

Now those are just conveniences, what you also get is a ton more storage space! We’ve got enough room to safely store our patio furniture, doggy swimming pool, Christmas decorations, deep freezer and beverage fridge, sports equipment, and garbage and recycling bins (just to name a few…).

I love it, my husband loves it, and I think you’ll love it too.
