The PRIDE Program

Most builders use your new home orientation as a finishing inspection. At MOSAIC, we believe it’s our responsibility to make sure your home is move-in ready before the homeowner orientation. That’s why we created the PRIDE program.

The PRIDE (Primary Residential Inspection Deficiency Evaluation) program assesses your home in three stages:

1. Before your orientation
2. During your orientation
3. When we hand over your keys

Our goal is to have all finishing details complete before you move in — because we’d rather spend a little extra time showing you the many design details you’re going to love about your new home.
