Homeowner Care Team

The MOSAIC Homeowner Care team has over 120 years of combined experience in the residential real estate development and building industry. Our goal is to provide first class service as well as educating our homeowners on how they can get the most out of their MOSAIC home.

Beverly Wilkie is our Homeowner Care Coordinator. She is likely the person who will call to schedule your homeowner orientation, and handles the majority of calls that come via our Homeowner Care phone line.

Alvin Reyes manages all of the field operations for our Homeowner Care team and also monitors service/warranty requests and annual building envelope reviews.

Jim Peterson, Phil Whittingstall, and Guy Bouchard are our Homeowner Care Field Technicians. They handle most of the MOSAIC homeowner orientations and homeowner service requests.

Fabian Leitner is the manager of the Homeowner Care department, and ensures that the MOSAIC Homeowner Care team has the necessary resources to deliver fantastic service to all MOSAIC homeowners.
